1Sing a new song to the LORD.
Sing to the LORD, all the earth.
2Sing to the LORD and praise his name.
Tell how he saves, day after day.
3Tell the nations about his glory.
Tell all peoples about his wonders.
4For the LORD is great, and he should be praised greatly.
He should be feared above all gods.
5For all the gods of the nations are idols.
But the LORD made the heavens.
6Glory and majesty are before him.
Strength and beauty fill his holy place.
7Give to the LORD, you families of the nations.
Give to the LORD glory and strength.
8Give to the LORD the glory his name deserves.
Bring an offering and come into his courtyards.
9Worship the LORD in the beauty of his holiness.
Tremble before him, all the earth.
10Tell the nations, "The LORD is King!"
The world is set firmly in place.
It cannot be moved.
He will judge the peoples fairly.
11Let the heavens be glad and the earth be happy.
Let the sea roar, and everything in it.
12Let the fields and everything in them shout for joy.
Then all the trees of the forest will sing for joy
13before the LORD, for he is coming.
He is coming to judge the earth.
He will judge the world with what is right.
He will judge the peoples with his faithfulness.
