PsalmsChapter 126

1A song for going up to worship.
The LORD brought the captives back to Zion.
Then we were like people who were dreaming. 2Then our mouths were filled with laughing.
Our tongues were filled with shouts of joy.
Then people among the nations said,
"The LORD has done great things for them." 3The LORD has done great things for us.
We are filled with joy. 4Bring back our captives, O LORD,
like streams of water in the Negev. 5Those who plant with tears
will harvest with shouts of joy. 6A person may go out crying,
carrying seed to plant.
But he will surely come back with shouts of joy,
carrying bundles of grain.
