Nehemiah 10:37

We will also bring the first of our dough and our grain offerings to the priests. We will bring the first of the fruit of all our trees, our new wine, and our olive oil. We will bring them to the storerooms of the house of our God. A tenth of our crops belongs to the Levites. So the Levites will collect these tenths in all the towns where we work.
