1"This is the law of the guilt offering. It is most holy. 2The guilt offering must be killed in the place where the burnt offering is killed. The priest is to splash its blood on all sides of the altar. 3All its fat is to be offered. This means the fat tail and the fat that covers the inner parts. 4It also means both kidneys with the fat on them near the lower back. The long part of the liver is to be taken out with the kidneys. 5The priest is to burn them on the altar as a food offering to the LORD. It is a guilt offering. 6Any male among the priests may eat it. It must be eaten in a holy place. It is most holy. 7The guilt offering is like the sin offering. The same law is for both. It belongs to the priest who makes atonement with it. 8When a priest offers a burnt offering for anyone, the hide of that offering belongs to him. 9In the same way, every grain offering baked in an oven belongs to the priest who offers it. So does every one cooked in a pan or on a griddle. 10Every grain offering, dry or mixed with oil, belongs to all of Aaron's sons equally. 11This is the law of the peace offering that someone may bring to the LORD: 12If he offers it to give thanks, then along with the thank offering he is to offer cakes made without yeast and mixed with olive oil. He is to offer thin wafers made without yeast and spread with oil. He is to offer cakes of fine flour, well mixed with oil. 13Along with his peace offering of thanks, he is to bring an offering of cakes of bread made with yeast. 14From the cakes he must offer one of each kind as a gift to the LORD. It belongs to the priest who sprinkles the blood of the peace offering. 15The meat of his peace offering of thanks must be eaten on the day he offers it. None of it may be left until morning. 16But if his offering is for a vow, or is a gift he chooses to give, it is to be eaten on the day he offers it. But what is left may be eaten the next day. 17But any meat of the offering left until the third day must be burned up. 18If any meat from his peace offering is eaten on the third day, it will not be accepted. It will not count for the one who offered it. It will be disgusting to God. The one who eats it will carry his guilt. 19Meat that touches anything unclean must not be eaten. It is to be burned up. As for other meat, anyone who is clean by the law may eat it. 20But if someone who is unclean eats meat from the peace offering that belongs to the LORD, that person must be cut off from his people. 21Someone may touch anything unclean. It may be something unclean from a person, or an unclean animal, or any unclean and hateful thing. If he then eats any meat of the peace offering that belongs to the LORD, that person must be cut off from his people." 22Then the LORD said to Moses, 23"Speak to the Israelites and say, 'You must not eat any fat of an ox, a sheep, or a goat. 24An animal may be found dead or be torn up by wild animals. Its fat may be used for anything else, but you must not eat it. 25Some animals may be given as a food offering to the LORD. If anyone eats the fat of such an animal, the one who eats it must be cut off from his people. 26Wherever you live, you must not eat the blood of any bird or animal. 27If anyone eats blood, that person must be cut off from his people.'" 28Then the LORD said to Moses, 29"Speak to the Israelites and say, 'Anyone who brings a peace offering to the LORD must bring it as his offering to the LORD. 30He is to bring the food offerings to the LORD with his own hands. He is to bring the fat with the breast. He is to wave the breast before the LORD as a wave offering. 31The priest is to burn the fat on the altar. But the breast belongs to Aaron and his sons. 32You are to give the right thigh to the priest as a gift from your peace offering. 33The son of Aaron who offers the blood and the fat of the peace offering is to have the right thigh as his share. 34From the sons of Israel I have taken the breast of the wave offering and the thigh that is given. They come from their peace offerings. I have given them to Aaron the priest and his sons. It is their share from the sons of Israel forever.'" 35This is the share of the food offerings to the LORD for Aaron and his sons. It is theirs from the day they were brought to serve the LORD as priests. 36On the day they were anointed, the LORD commanded the sons of Israel to give this to them. It is their share forever, for all the generations to come. 37This is the law of the burnt offering and the grain offering. It is the law of the sin offering and the guilt offering. It is the law of the offering for making priests, and of the peace offering. 38The LORD gave it to Moses on Mount Sinai. It was on the day he commanded the Israelites to bring their offerings to the LORD in the Wilderness of Sinai.
