Leviticus 4:7

Then the priest must put some of the blood on the horns of the altar of sweet-smelling incense. That altar is before the LORD in the Tent of Meeting. He is to pour out the rest of the bull's blood at the base of the altar for burnt offerings. That altar is at the entrance of the Tent of Meeting.
