1A song for going up to worship.
Many times they have attacked me since I was young.
Let Israel say it now. 2Many times they have attacked me since I was young.
But they have not beaten me. 3Farmers plowed over my back.
They made their rows long. 4The LORD is righteous.
He has cut me free from the ropes of the wicked. 5May all who hate Zion
be turned back in shame. 6May they be like grass on the rooftops.
It dries up before it can grow. 7It can't fill the hands of the one who cuts grain.
It can't fill the arms of the one who ties up bundles. 8May no one who walks by say to them,
"May the LORD's blessing be on you.
We bless you in the name of the LORD."
