Judges 20:10

We will take ten men out of every 100 from all the tribes of Israel. We'll take 100 out of every 1,000, and 1,000 out of every 10,000. They will get food for the army. Then the army will go to Gibeah in Benjamin. They will punish the people there for the horrible thing they did in Israel."
